How The Link Works

1. Recording

• Tap Record a Message and select your agency or "Community Member."
• Specific prompts will appear. You can record a voice clip OR type a message for one, two, or all three cards.
• Hit Submit at the bottom when you are finished.
• Your message is sent to a private queue for supervisor review.

2. The Gallery

• Tap Listen to the Link to see the shared messages of appreciation.
• Tap any card in the gallery to expand it and play the audio or read the note.
• Use the Filters or Random button to find specific messages.

3. Privacy & Safety

• Messages are reviewed by PVRCC Supervisors before going live to ensure a positive environment.
• Security: Please do not include active case numbers or sensitive HIPAA data.
